Three houses, seven apartments
Choose from six apartments for four guests and one apartment for six guests. Every apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen.
The letters A, B and C distinguish the apartments within the same house.
Relax indoors and outdoors
Outdoor pool
The pool is open daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Sun loungers and parasols are available.
Garden, barbecue and parking
Spacious garden, table with benches, barbecue facilities, secure bicycle storage and a private gated car park.
Comfortable apartments
All seven apartments have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV and a well-equipped kitchen.
Pool and relaxation in the garden
Children may use the pool only under adult supervision. Inflatable mattresses and other water toys are allowed provided they do not disturb other guests while swimming or relaxing.
Next to the pool there is a table with benches where guests can eat and drink. A barbecue is also available for relaxed evenings in the garden.

Prices and available dates
Bookable period: 26 June to 28 August 2027. During the high season, stays of one or two weeks can be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Apartment for 4 guests: HUF 345,000 / apartment / 7 nights
Apartment for 6 guests: HUF 360,000 / apartment / 7 nights
Air conditioning is included in the price.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is required to confirm a booking. This is HUF 172,500 for a four-person apartment and HUF 180,000 for the six-person apartment. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or with a Hungarian OTP, MBH or K&H SZÉP Card.
Remaining balance: The remaining balance is payable on arrival in cash or with an OTP, MBH or K&H SZÉP Card.
Tourist tax is not included in the prices and is payable separately by guests aged 18 and over: HUF 750 per person per night, or HUF 5,250 per person for a 7-night stay. We will state the exact total in our offer. Select your dates and send a no-obligation enquiry.
Conditions of stay
Arrival and departure
Apartments are available from 2:00 pm on arrival day. On departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.
Keys and parking
Guests receive their own apartment key. Guests arriving by car also receive a key to the entrance gate. Parking in the gated courtyard is free of charge.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels
We welcome guests with clean, freshly made bed linen and clean each apartment after every departure. Towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and is permitted only on the balcony or in designated outdoor areas.
Bicycles and quiet hours
Secure bicycle storage is available. Please avoid excessive noise out of consideration for other guests and our neighbours.
Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge no later than 14 days before arrival, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge and cannot be refunded.

Beaches nearby
Family-friendly Lidó Beach in Gyenesdiás is about 300 metres away. Diási Játékstrand offers a playground, children’s programmes and a variety of activities by and in the water.
Hiking and cycling
The forest trails of the Keszthely Hills are ideal for hiking and cycling. Nagymező and the Festetics Lookout Tower are popular destinations, while the Balaton Cycle Route makes it easy to explore the area on two wheels.
Keszthely and Festetics Palace
Nearby Keszthely has an atmospheric town centre, a lakeside promenade and several museums. The historic rooms, exhibitions and park of Festetics Palace make for a varied day out.
Hévíz and the thermal lake
One of the region’s special attractions is the thermal lake of Hévíz. The town also offers pedestrian streets, restaurants and a varied programme of events.
